Image Resolution in InDesign

Hi Everyone, To make sure that your images
are high resolution for print, just select an image on your links panel this is that
swan image. Then, underneath where it shows the Link Info,
the Actual PPI was the resolution of the image before I placed it on the page, which is a
resolution of 72 which is great for the web. It was actually shot with my phone . The Effective
PPI is because I placed it smaller on the page the resolution went up. It was placed at 22% on the page, so the resolution
is over 300 and perfect for print. So, Effective PPI is what you want to look
at… select an image on your links panel and make sure all of your images are at 300
or above for print. Let me know if you have any questions about
resolution of images in InDesign.
